Description
The Sol-Ark 15kW has multiple modes, whether you are trying to sell back to the grid or eliminate it as much as possible. This inverter comes with a 200A transfer switch allowing for a large grid passthrough as well as solar. With 3 MPPTs, the Sol-Ark can have up to 15,000W of PV power connected. With the outdoor rating, it can be installed in most locations.

Can I connect a LifePO4 battery using a REC-BMS to the Sol-Ark for closed loop communication? I know they both use CANbus for communication. Would I need to use a Cerbo GX as an intermediary for communication; or is that just for using the REC-BMS with the Victron ecosystem?
The REC BMS currently does not currently support communications with the Sol-Ark inverters. The REC BMS would not be a good match for the Sol-Ark inverters without a dual-contactor setup with high-current diodes to enable/disable charging/discharging independently.

Sol-Arc 15k; under Batt Setup->Charge, there's a check box at very bottom next to cancel/ok buttons, labeled "Gen Force". There's no info. in the manual on what this function does. Anyone know?
The Gen Force makes the relay close for the generator two-wire start. This causes the inverter to not be able to start a generator up automatically.

Are the EMP Hardened15K Sol-Arks available yet?
Not yet. Sol-Ark previously estimated Q4/2022 but pushed it back until Q2/2023.
